A free creation workbench
Core project technical-record and export features are free for every creator — no subscription and no top-up. Below is what actually works today, where the real limits are, and which enhanced capabilities are not offered right now. Service region: United States.
This beta provides the U.S. service flow only.
Available now, free
- ✓Projects, AI characters and permanent assets, organised and linked
- ✓AI character registration and creation-provenance records
- ✓Contribution declarations and email confirmation
- ✓Source and authorization gap checks
- ✓Project evidence record exports, with SHA-256 fingerprints on exported files
- ✓Offline integrity verification of an exported package
- ✓Recycle bin and permanent deletion for your own unreferenced drafts
Where the real limits are
- ✓Each workspace holds up to 10 AI characters and 3 team members.
- ✓File storage is capped at 500 MB per workspace. Hitting the cap does not lock your records: everything you already have stays readable and exportable.
- ✓Outbound email and external processing are rate limited for abuse prevention, not sold as capacity.
- ✓Free refers to the creation workflow above. It is not a promise of unlimited hosting or unlimited AI compute.
Not offered right now
- ✓External timestamp authority services are not configured for this workspace and cannot be requested.
- ✓Paid plans, subscriptions and credit top-ups are paused. Nothing is charged and no existing plan changes.
- ✓Identity verification and formal e-signature releases are collected only when you actually need a formal authorization.
What the workbench actually records
Evidence package structure
Each package carries a file index and SHA-256 fingerprints, and discloses its real signature and trust status — including when a timestamp authority is not configured.
U.S. project records
Built for U.S. service-flow project recordkeeping; applicable law, platform rules and rights determination stay with you and your counsel.
Who made what
Production roles and contribution declarations are recorded as reviewable material. They are not a substitute for on-screen credits or a signed release.
