By accessing or using PortraitPay AI, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Description

PortraitPay AI provides the following services:

• Portrait upload and blockchain certification
• Sepolia blockchain timestamping
• Secure cloud storage
• Smart contract licensing management

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and not prohibited from using such services.

Portrait Rights

You have the following rights to your portraits:

• Full copyright to portraits you upload
• Ensure portraits don't infringe third-party rights
• Civil capacity to sign legal agreements
• If a public figure, obtained relevant authorization

Blockchain Notice

All transactions are recorded on Sepolia, immutable.

Licensing Notice

Smart contracts automatically enforce licensing terms and revenue splits.

Payment Terms

• Platform fee: 1% per transaction
• Portrait owner share: 99%
• Minimum withdrawal: $10
• Withdrawal processing: 1-3 business days
• PayPal only (US users)

All prices in USD unless otherwise stated. No hidden fees.

User Conduct

You must not engage in the following activities:

• Use others' portraits without consent
• Upload illegal or infringing content
• Manipulate platform or smart contracts
• Use bots or automated scripts
• Harass or threaten other users
• Violate any applicable laws

Account Deletion Process

You can delete your account through the following steps:

1. Log in and go to Settings
2. Click "Delete Account" button
3. Confirm deletion
4. Permanent deletion after 30-day cooling period

After deletion, all personal data will be permanently removed.

Disclaimer

The platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
