Your Rights Under GDPR (European Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

Children's Online Privacy (COPPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:

Biometric Information Privacy
If you submit facial images or voice recordings as part of a user-submitted technical report, PortraitPay processes that material solely to assist your own report (e.g., face-similarity comparison within your own submitted materials). PortraitPay does not independently verify identity, and does not make identity determinations. We:
- Do not sell, lease, or trade biometric data to any third party.
- Store biometric data using industry-standard encryption.
- Retain biometric data only while your account is active, and delete it upon your request or account deletion.
- Obtain your explicit consent before collecting biometric data.
